Winter is coming!
Cool weather is in the air! While we have lattes and warm cider, the neighborhood critters are looking for ways to keep themselves warm and can make their way uninvited into our vehicles. What you see below in the picture is where Stuart Little chewed through important fuel injector wiring on a 2012 Lincoln Navigator. This caused a critical drop in engine power and an illuminated check engine light. As an extra line of defense against rodents in the Fall, clear foliage from around your car to make it harder for them to stumble upon your vehicle (they travel easier where there is ground cover). Contact the master mechanics at Auto Stop in Arlington if you think you may have an electrical fault caused by rodents!
